Personalizing Your Own Shirt for Peace of Mind
There were actually 3 or 4 times when I went to a party wearing something I bought from one of my favorite shops. They told me that most of their shirts are unique in their own ways and that there are no shirts alike in their shop. I believe them because I haven't seen much of it anywhere else. However, the same could not be said for the past 3 parties that I have been to. I actually ran into 2 other guys wearing the exact same shirt that I was wearing during those times. It was just fortunate of me that I always wear a scarf around my neck so I used it to cover some parts of my shirt. This kept other people from noticing that I was wearing the same shirt as the other 2 guys were.
Right now, I am thinking of more ways to actually have something unique as much as possible. I am pretty much tired of running into people wearing the exact same shirt at the same time. Don't you find it annoying and embarrassing at the same time? It would make you feel as if you're wearing a uniform for work because some other people at the same place at the same time are wearing the same shirt as yours. Aside from spiders, I hate running into people wearing the exact same shirt as I am. Once is enough but running into several guys in the same exact shirt more than twice is crazy.
Perhaps the best way to avoid this from happening is to make sure that you accessories in some way. By accessorizing or adding small details in the plain shirt that you had bought, it makes a lot of difference. If ever you run into someone else with the same shirt, make sure your shirt will look better on you. I am pretty sure people in the party won't be able to tell the similarity at once.
If you have all the time in the world to spare, you can have some shirts customized. Aside from time to spare, be sure to have some money ready to shell out for having some shirts personalized. Customized shirts are a bit more expensive than buying something ready made. However, having a shirt customized according to your taste assures you that you will never run into someone else with the same shirt.
No matter how exclusive the design of your shirt is, you would still have chances of running into someone wearing the same shirt at least once in your life. The same can also be true when it comes to wedding gowns. However, it is perfectly ok to be seen in the same wedding gown for some exceptions.
These exceptions include if the wedding gown that you are wearing belongs to your mother or to your grandmother. We all know how chic and fabulous recycled wedding gowns are. Something classic is always better than something store-bought. The story behind the wedding gown is what makes it so much more special. If in case you decide to wear you grandmother's wedding gown, make sure to have it restored and retouched with your personal details to go with it.
